PepsiCo International
One of the most magnetic
brand spaces
Make the product the experience
Created in Prague. Built in Kosovo. In just 3 weeks.
Three weeks before Sunny Hill Festival opened its gates, none of this existed.
The ambition was big. The timeline was brutal. And surrounded by massive festival builds, we knew we weren't going to win by being bigger.
We had to be smarter.
Pepsi already had the key ingredient: House of Treats - a global HoT concept turning Pepsi into unexpected, desirable festival drinks.
Working alongside international Pepsi team, Hedonist Creative and production partners, we brought the idea to life as a physical festival experience.
- We didn't use an experience to promote Pepsi.
- We used Pepsi to create the experience.
Everything was built around one simple behaviour:
Drink more Pepsi.
The custom-made HoT trailer became the heart of the space. Around it, Pepsi's iconic circle became architecture, the HoT Cloud brought cooling mist and physical refreshment, oversized seating puffs brought people together, while bold colours, I’m HoT mirror selfies and 360° Treat Your Selfie content made the experience worth sharing.
By night, the entire space transformed into a glowing festival landmark.
People came. They stayed. They drank. They shared.
Creators made it their backdrop. Festival-goers made it their meeting point. And a compact activation, transported to Kosovo in just two vans, became one of the festival’s most magnetic brand spaces.
All in three weeks: one to create it, one to build it, one to get it there
